Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 2026-06-03

Viper has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping minors safe and to preventing, detecting, and removing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that endangers a minor. This page describes our standards and how to report concerns.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on Viper and results in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, video, audio, text, or links.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexualize, exploit, or endanger a minor.
  • Sextortion, blackmail, or trafficking involving minors.
  • Promoting, normalizing, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

2. How we prevent abuse

We combine policy, product design, and moderation to protect minors:

  • Viper is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
  • Ephemeral chats and communities are subject to our content rules and moderation.
  • In-app reporting lets any user flag users or content for review.
  • We use content filtering and rate limits, and our moderation team can suspend or permanently ban offending accounts.
  • Confirmed CSAE violations are reported to the appropriate authorities and preserved as required by law.

3. How to report

If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a child, report it immediately:

  • In the app: use the Report option on any user, message, or community.
  • By email: contact safety@vipersquad.app with as much detail as possible (links, usernames, screenshots).
  • To authorities: in the United States, report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678. In other countries, contact your local law enforcement or hotline.

4. Legal compliance and reporting to authorities

Viper complies with applicable child safety laws. We act on reports of child sexual abuse and exploitation, remove violating content, terminate offending accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to regional and national authorities as required by law.

5. Contact

Designated child safety contact: safety@vipersquad.app. This contact is prepared to discuss our compliance and prevention practices regarding child sexual abuse material.
